Privacy, Security and Your Own Limits

To open an ID we need your name (matching your payment account), confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the WhatsApp number you message from. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP, net-banking passwords or screen-sharing.
Limits that follow the account
A deposit limit, a cool-off pause or full closure is one message to the desk. Because limits sit on the ID, reinstalling or switching phones does not remove them.
