About 11xplay
11xplay is a cricket-first betting exchange with a live casino, run for players in India. We think the whole job comes down to three things: pay people on time, answer them when they write, and run fair markets. This page explains how we try to do each one.
Built Around the Support Desk Since 2021
11xplay started from a simple complaint we kept hearing from Indian players. There was no shortage of betting sites. What was missing was one that still answered after it had taken your deposit. So we built the platform around a support desk instead of adding one later.
That’s why IDs, deposits, withdrawals and password resets all run through a WhatsApp chat with a person, and why that chat history stays with your account.

What We Promise, in Practice
- Fair markets. Exchange prices are set by players betting against each other. We earn a small commission on net winnings in a market, not a margin hidden in the odds. Cricket markets settle from the official scorecard, and each match has a Rules tab.
- Prompt payouts. Withdrawals are processed 24x7 with no fee from us. Most UPI payouts arrive in 5–15 minutes. When one is held, the desk tells you why in the chat. See deposits and withdrawals.
- Human support. Every chat is answered by a person, in Hindi or English, who can actually fix the problem rather than log a ticket.
- Terms before you accept. Bonus play-through is told to you before a bonus is added, and you can turn the bonus down.
Limits Are Part of the Product
11xplay is only for adults, 18 and over. Every ID belongs to the adult who opened it, and accounts used by anyone under 18 are closed. Gambling laws differ between Indian states, so it’s each player’s job to check what applies where they live.
A deposit limit, a cool-off pause or a full closure can be set with one message to the desk, at no cost and without a sales pitch to change your mind. If betting has stopped being entertainment for you, that message is the most useful thing you can send us.
Who Writes These Pages
The guides on this site are written and reviewed by the 11xplay Support Desk, the same team that answers player chats. We write about the questions we get asked most: where to log in, why a payout was held, what a fancy line means, how to tell our desk from someone pretending to be it. Each page shows the date it was last reviewed.
Found a mistake? If a page says something that doesn’t match what you see in your account (a time, a limit, a step that has changed), tell the desk on WhatsApp and mention the page. We correct it and update the review date.
